One physical device, however many readings it sends. A Hughes Power Watchdog reports voltage, current, power, energy used, line frequency and error codes: that is one sensor, not six. A Govee H5075 reporting temperature, humidity and battery is also one sensor.

We count devices because a device is what you buy, and because it is the only number you can work out before you buy it. Counting individual readings would mean your allowance changed depending on which sensor you picked, and a five-sensor plan could hold five simple thermometers or one well-equipped battery monitor. That is not a limit anyone can plan around.

As many as you need. Hub count is not part of your plan and never appears on your bill. Every plan includes cloud storage for two hubs, which covers a second rig or the overlap while you are switching rigs. If you need storage for more than two, request it from your account and we will add it at no charge.

The one thing that is metered per hub is cellular. If we offer a cellular backup connection, each hub carries its own SIM and its own data plan, so that is billed per hub. Everything else is per account.

Yes. The RoamVitals Hub and sensors are purchased separately in the Shop. Your plan covers cloud access, alert delivery, and history storage — not the hardware itself. The Free plan is available to all users at no cost.

No. Paid plans are month-to-month. Annual plan options will be available at launch at a discount over monthly pricing. Cancel anytime — your data is retained during your paid period.

Your data is preserved. If you downgrade to a plan with shorter history (e.g., from Pro’s 1-year to Free’s 30-day), data beyond the new limit becomes inaccessible but is not immediately deleted — you have a grace period to upgrade and restore access. Upgrading restores access immediately.

RoamVitals hardware includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Physical damage, liquid damage beyond rated specs, and misuse are not covered. See our full Warranty Terms.

All three are built and working in our own testing, and they go live for customers at launch in Q4 2026, alongside the hardware. Nothing is being sold against them before then.

We are saying this plainly because alert delivery is the reason you would buy this product, and a plan compared on the strength of unlimited SMS should not turn out to be a promise for later.
